Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are normally processed within seven business days, with exception of holiday breaks.

U.S. Shipping Times

We ship retail orders via USPS 1-2 times per week year-round from the state of New York. Once shipped, U.S. orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipments are processed in the order they are received. We do not offer expedited shipping on retail orders.

International Shipping

Customers can currently ship to select countries outside of the United States. Don’t see your country? Add a country by request.

FREE SHIPPING

Active newsletter subscribers receive a discount code via email for free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.00.

To become an active newsletter subscriber, submit your email address via the “Newsletter” form at the footer of the website. After submitting, check your email to confirm your subscription, then the discount code will be automatically delivered via email. *Code is valid on online orders shipped within the U.S. only. Cannot be combined with other codes or discounts. Cannot be applied after purchase. Does not apply to subscription products. The email address associated with the order must be an active newsletter subscriber at the time of placing an order. If you are already a newsletter subscriber and haven’t received a code, locate a previously received newsletter to unsubscribe, then resubscribe your email address.

Login to your account using the icon in the top navigation of our website, or visit alysiamazzella.com/account/login. You can also locate a previous order confirmation email to find a quick link under the “Order Summary” section. Contact us to cancel a subscription on your behalf.

CHANGE AN ADDRESS

We are unable to change the delivery address once a subscription begins. You must begin a new subscription with the new address and cancel the existing one.


Buyer Agreement & Terms of Use

  • You as the customer have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchase. Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.

  • Customer agrees to use our products for their intended purpose only.

  • Customer agrees to our shipping policy.

  • Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Alysia Mazzella responsible in the unlikely case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS.

  • Alysia Mazzella will not be held responsible if the the shipment was marked as “delivered” by USPS.

  • You as the customer are responsible for filing an insurance claim for a refund through USPS.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Alysia Mazzella responsible for any fees that incur for Domestic or International shipments.

  • You as the customer holds responsibility over your own actions. Purchases from Alysia Mazzella is an exercise in this responsibility.

  • Alysia Mazzella assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. Your purchase from www.alysiamazzella.com waives, without exception, your right to hold Alysia Mazzella liable in any way for the misuse of our products.

  • You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Alysia Mazzella harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.
