Your purchase validates your agreement to the following terms of use.

• One exchange allows eight ounces of beeswax. Purchase as many exchanges as necessary.

• The exchange formula is as follows: four ounces = one recycled taper. A recycled taper burns for approximately four hours. Tapers are hand dipped using recycled beeswax submitted from all over the USA.

• We accept 100% beeswax only in the form of candle scraps, drippings and/or blocks.

• We do not accept bleached wax, white wax, dyed wax, scented wax, pellet wax, honeycomb sheets and/or wax blends.

• Customer is responsible for removing all foreign debris from their submission including metal wick tabs and/or base stickers.

• We do not recycle the aluminum containers of Tea Lights nor the glass vessels of Glass Pillars. Customer is responsible for removing beeswax from containers.

• Customer is responsible for shipping their submission to the provided address.

• An exchange begins processing upon confirmation of receiving a customer’s shipment.

• Exchanges do not expire.

• The nonrefundable $5 fee contributes to the processing and handling of submissions.

• Submissions that disregard the terms of use will be rejected without refund.

• Alysia Mazzella is not responsible in the unlikely case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS.

• Discounts do not apply. Beeswax recycled through the Beeswax Exchange cannot be substituted for cash value and/or store credit.
